11-2-5: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:

A violation of this title shall be deemed an offense and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this title shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2007-06, 4-2-2007)
