Any person who shall violate a provision of the international plumbing code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and subject to a fine as provided for in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 1997-09, 10-7-1997)
