The following sections are hereby revised to insert the following in the appropriate part thereof:

Section 101.1 Insert: City of Chandler, Oklahoma

Section 106.6.2 Insert: City Fee Schedule, Chapter 10, Title 1 of the Chandler City Code

Section 106.6.3 Insert: Subparagraph 2-75%. Delete subparagraph 3

Section 108.4 Insert: Misdemeanor punishable as set forth in Title 1, Section 4-1 of the Chandler City Code

Section 108.5 Insert: $100/$500

Section 305.4.1 Insert in both locations: Not less than 18 inches

Section 904.1 Insert: 6" (152 mm)
