A. Containers Required; Maintenance:
1. The city's contractor will provide one trash container which is included in the cost of the customer's base bill. If an extra container is desired, arrangements may be made with the sanitation contractor for an additional fee.
2. The owner or user of the containers shall keep them clean and in a sanitary condition and also the grounds around same. (1985 Code § 17-407)
B. Container Placement For Collection: Garbage or refuse containers shall be placed on the property adjoining and accessible to the street or such other place as may be approved by the sanitation contractor by a specific time on the designated day set by the contractor for collection. (1985 Code § 17-409)
