A. Sewer Rates: The city council shall from time to time by ordinance or resolution set or amend the fees and charges for sewer used by customers of the city's sewer system. A copy of the current fees or charges shall be kept on file in the city clerk's office. (1985 Code § 17-302)
B. Determination Of Sewer Charges: It being impractical in most instances to meter the amount of sewage disposed of through the sanitary sewer system, the amount of sewage disposed of shall be prima facie the amount of water metered to such users. (1985 Code § 17-303)
