Upon approval of utility customer service, a temporary service may be established for such things as construction. The customer will be required to complete a temporary utility service agreement at the time of connection and pay temporary hookup fees. The normal minimum water, sewer, and sanitation rates will apply where such services are on account, and the service will be disconnected without further notice at the expiration of the temporary utility service agreement, at which time, a deposit will be required for continued services. The city may decline to provide temporary service if the applicant has a delinquent account for services provided at any other premises. (5-3-2001)
