9-2-15: DAMAGES TO CUSTOMER PREMISES:

The city shall not be liable for any damage caused by the breaking of any pipes or fixtures, stoppage or interruption of water, or for any defect in the customer's water system or any main lines running through easements, alleys or streets. (5-3-2001)
