The city provides potable water to all water utility customers. Water service may be denied or terminated at the city's sole discretion to any customer and any premises:
A. Until all delinquent bill(s) or charges for prior or current city utility services are paid.
B. Who fails to comply with any provision of this code.
C. Who uses an alias, trade name, business name, the name of a relative or another person as a device to escape payment of an unpaid obligation for prior service or for current service.
D. If a customer provides false information or refuses to provide any legally requested information concerning utility services or use. (5-3-2001)
