8-6-6: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:
Any person who knowingly violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 2013-03, 2-12-2013)
