Groups using the range must have a minimum of one person present at all times during range use who holds a current certification through CLEET or the National Rifle Association (NRA) or another recognized federal or state firearms training organization acceptable to the city, to give instruction in the safe handling and shooting of same. Additional supervision is required for events involving minors at the minimum ratio of one adult, in addition to the qualified person, for each five (5) shooters or increment thereof under the age of eighteen (18) years.
