8-5-3: RANGE USE REQUIREMENTS; FEE; INSURANCE:
   A.   Application For Use; Fee: The city may approve or deny any application for range use. Groups desiring to use the range must make application to the city police department and, if granted approval, pay any use fees prior to using the range.
   B.   Scheduling: The range can be scheduled for onetime use or multiple days or months.
   C.   Use Restricted To Members Of Groups: All participants in a shooting event must be members of the group approved to use the range. Individuals will not be allowed to use the range.
   D.   Liability Insurance: Groups will be required to furnish evidence of liability insurance naming the city as additional insured in an amount as established by the city.
   E.   Waiver Of Liability: Each group and each individual participant must provide a signed waiver of liability in a form acceptable to the city. Shooters under the age of eighteen (18) will be required to have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
   F.   Use By Police Officers, Approval: Certified police officers using the range, on or off duty, must have approval of their employing agency in addition to the approval obtained from the police department. (Ord. 1999-06, 12-7-1999)
