8-4-8: SANITATION:
   A.   Trash Disposition: No person shall leave, place or dispose of in any manner: garbage; peelings of vegetables or fruit; waste; refuse; rubbish; ashes; cans; bottles; wire; paper; cartons; boxes; motor vehicle, bicycle or wagon parts; furniture; glass; oils; sewage; anything of an unsightly or unsanitary nature under or upon the lands and waters of the lakes. Trash is to be placed in receptacles designated for that purpose.
   B.   Dumping Trash: No person shall bring into the lakes or lake property any household or commercial garbage, trash, rubbish, debris, dead animals or litter of any kind for disposal or dumping.
   C.   Contaminant Dumping: Spilling, pumping or discharge of contaminants, pollutants or other wastes including, but not limited to, human or animal waste, petroleum, industrial and commercial products and byproducts on the lands or waters of the lakes is prohibited.
   D.   Littering: Campers, picnickers and all other persons using the areas and facilities of the lakes shall keep their sites free of trash and litter during the period of occupancy, and shall remove all personal equipment and clean their sites upon departure.
   E.   Sewage Discharge: The discharge or placing of sewage, galley waste, garbage, refuse or pollutants onto the waters and lands of the lakes is prohibited. (Ord. 1994-06, 11-1-1994)
