8-4-6: CAMPING:
   A.   Camping Area: Camping is allowed in designated areas only. (Ord. 1994-06, 11-1-1994)
   B.   Camping Permit: No person shall camp within the lake lands unless such person possesses a current and valid camping permit. Persons renting a pavilion and camping near to it shall pay the daily pavilion rate plus the current primitive camp rate for each individual vehicle or tent. (Ord. 1995-11, 12-5-1995, eff. 1-15-1996)
   C.   Campsites: Camping at one or more campsites at the lakes is limited to a period no longer than fourteen (14) consecutive days.
   D.   Permanent Camping Facilities: The installation of permanent camping facilities is prohibited. The digging or leveling of any ground or construction of any structure is prohibited. This does not prohibit the erection of a tent in designated areas.
   E.   Quiet Hours: Quiet hours will be enforced from ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. until six o'clock (6:00) A.M. Loud noises that may disturb the peace are prohibited during these hours. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motorcycle, motorbike, television, boom box, radio, or phonographic equipment after ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. within the camping facilities. It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb other persons in the camping areas by any loud or unusual noise, loud language or by any other behavior which causes disturbance.
   F.   Juvenile Campers: No person who is a juvenile shall camp in any area of the lakes except when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
   G.   Camping Unit Limits: Camping will be limited to no more than two (2) camping units per campsite. Camping units include tents, lean-tos, teepees, pop up trailers, travel trailers, fifth wheel trailers and motor homes. (Ord. 1994-06, 11-1-1994)
   H.   Dogs: It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or permit a dog to be within city property unless such dog is on a leash at all times; provided however, that dogs used to hunt waterfowl or to accompany trail riders and which are under the immediate voice control of their handlers shall be exempt from the leash requirement.
