8-4-5: SWIMMING AND PICNICKING:
   A.   Swimming Areas: Swimming in the lakes will only be allowed in those areas designated as swimming areas. Such areas will be marked by buoy line, and swimming will only be allowed on the beach side of the buoys. Swimming on the lakeside of the buoys is prohibited.
   B.   Entering Water From Boat: Swimming from a boat or entering the water from a boat, except for the purpose of skiing, sailing, windsurfing or scuba diving, is prohibited.
   C.   Scuba Diving: Scuba diving is permitted in designated areas only.
   D.   Nudity: No person shall publicly appear nude or disrobe while in any area of the lakes except in authorized areas of buildings set aside for that purpose.
   E.   Diving: Diving or jumping from bridges, land or other structures which cross or are adjacent to the lakes is prohibited.
   F.   Swimmer's Risk: All swimming shall be at the swimmer's own risk.
   G.   Children Swimming: All children age twelve (12) years and younger must be accompanied by an adult before entering the swimming area. A regulation life preserver must be worn by children eight (8) years old and younger.
   H.   Animals In Swimming Areas: No animals will be allowed in the designated swimming area.
   I.   Picnic Areas: Picnicking is allowed only in those areas so designated by the posting of appropriate signs. (Ord. 1994-06, 11-1-1994)
   J.   Day Use: Day use of a park area shall be from seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. until ten o'clock (10:00) P.M., unless otherwise posted. (Ord. 1995-11, 12-5-1995, eff. 1-15-1996)
   K.   Cleanliness Of Picnic Area: Picnickers shall keep their sites free of trash and litter during the period of occupancy, shall remove all personal equipment and clean their site upon departure. (Ord. 1994-06, 11-1-1994)
