8-4-2: LAKE USE PERMITS:
   A.   Minimum Age: No permit required by the provisions of this chapter shall be issued to any person under the age of sixteen (16) years. Children under age sixteen (16) can fish for free if they are in the company of a permittee. (Ord. 1994-06, 11-1-1994)
   B.   Proration Or Refund Disallowed: No fee required by this section shall be prorated and no fee once paid shall be refunded due to inclement weather conditions, except advance payments on pavilion rentals. (Ord. 1995-11, 12-5-1995, eff. 1-15-1996)
   C.   Issuance: All boat permits required by the provisions of this chapter shall be issued by the city clerk or such other persons as may be designated by the city council or the city manager.
   D.   Transfer: No permit issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be transferable to any other person. (Ord. 1994-06, 11-1-1994)
   E.   Expiration: Annual permits issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on December 31 following its date of issuance. Daily permits shall expire twenty four (24) hours from time of issue. (Ord. 1995-11, 12-5-1995, eff. 1-15-1996)
   F.   Possession, Display: Each permittee with a daily boat permit issued under the provisions of this chapter shall carry a current permit upon their person while on the lake and produce it upon demand of any city employee authorized to require the same.
   G.   Boat Tag: The annual boat permit shall be designated by proper tag on each side near the stern end of the boat, which must be plainly visible for a distance of at least one hundred feet (100') from said boat. Such tag shall be furnished with the permit by the city.
   H.   Revocation Of Permit: Any permit issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked for the violation by the permittee of any applicable provision of state law, this code or city ordinance, rule or regulation. (Ord. 1994-06, 11-1-1994)
