8-1-6: WASHING VEHICLES ON STREETS:
   A.   Washing Prohibited: It is unlawful for any person to wash an automobile or any other vehicle in any street and it is hereby prohibited. (1985 Code § 14-208)
   B.   Disposal Of Water, Mud Or Trash From Vehicles:
      1.   Disposal of water or mud from a vehicle shall drain to approved storm drainage. Any dirt or mud shall be disposed of by returning same to the yard.
      2.   Trash removed during the washing shall be disposed of in a trash receptacle. (1985 Code § 14-209)
