Any unattended vehicle which has been parked for more than one hour in excess of the time allowed for parking in any place may be impounded, and any vehicle parked in violation of section 7-13-9 of this chapter, regarding more than twenty four (24) hours, shall be impounded. (1985 Code § 15-1310)
