7-13-6: VEHICLES ON BRIDGE:
An unattended vehicle left upon any bridge, viaduct or causeway or in any tube or underpass where the vehicle constitutes an obstruction to traffic or hazard, may be impounded. (1985 Code § 15-1306; amd. 2003 Code)
