A. Riding To Right Side: Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near to the right hand side of the roadway as practicable, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or a vehicle proceeding in the same direction.
B. Riding Two Abreast: Persons riding bicycles upon a roadway shall not ride more than two (2) abreast, except on paths or parts of roadways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles.
C. Use Of Bicycle Paths: If usable paths for bicycles are provided adjacent to a roadway, bicycle riders shall use such paths and shall not use the roadway. (1985 Code § 15-1105)
