7-12-1: APPLICATION OF REGULATIONS:
The provisions of this chapter shall apply whenever a bicycle is operated upon any street or upon any public way; or upon any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, subject to those exceptions stated in this chapter. (1985 Code § 15-1101)
