7-10-8: CROSSING PROHIBITED:

Between adjacent intersections, at which traffic control signals are in operation, pedestrians shall not cross at any place except in a crosswalk. Pedestrians shall not cross any divided highway having a median in the center thereof, except in a crosswalk. (1985 Code § 15-1009)
