7-3-25: ENTERING HIGHWAY FROM PRIVATE ROAD OR DRIVEWAY:
The driver of a vehicle about to enter, leave or cross a highway from or into a private road or driveway shall yield the right of way to all vehicles approaching on the highway. (1985 Code § 15-551)
