7-3-18: RECKLESS DRIVING:

Any person who drives any vehicle in a wanton manner without regard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum as established by the city, including costs. (1985 Code § 15-523; amd. 2003 Code)
