7-3-13: CLINGING TO VEHICLES:
No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, skateboard, sled, or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle upon a roadway. (1985 Code § 15-521; amd. 2003 Code)
