A. Committing Unlawful Act: It is an offense against the city for any person to do any act forbidden or to fail to perform any act required by this chapter.
B. Parental Responsibility: It is an offense against the city for the parent of any child or for the guardian of any ward to authorize or knowingly permit any such child or ward to violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
C. Allowing Unlawful Use Of Vehicle: It is an offense for any person to authorize or knowingly to permit any vehicle registered in his or her name to be driven or to stand or to be parked in violation of any of the provisions of this title. (1985 Code § 15-1401)
