Any breach of this chapter by: a) failing to obtain the license; b) operating without a license; or c) failing to prominently and visibly display the same, shall constitute a breach of the ordinances of the city and shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day of such operation without a license, insurance or operator's license, shall constitute a separate breach and offense. (1985 Code § 16-207)
