4-3-5: APPEAL FROM DENIAL OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
Issuance or revocation of, or refusal to issue, the foregoing license or permits, and each of them, by the city clerk may be appealed to the city council, by any citizen of the city, or person, firm or corporation aggrieved. (1985 Code § 16-205)
