4-1-6: INTERVAL BETWEEN SALES:
No person shall hold, conduct, engage in or participate in any manner or allow a residential sale to be held or conducted on premises under his control or ownership more than one time in any three (3) month period, subject however, to the exception allowed in this chapter. (1985 Code § 9-406)
