A. License Required: No person shall hold, conduct, engage in, or participate in any manner in a residential sale without a license. (1985 Code § 9-402)
B. Fee: There is hereby levied a fee for residential sale licenses in the amount as established by the city's fee schedule. (1985 Code § 9-405; amd. 2003 Code)
C. Compliance With Other Regulations: The issuance of a license shall not exempt such persons from the terms and provisions of other ordinances.
D. Separate License For Each Location: A separate license shall be required for each location at which a residential sale is to be held, and no location shall be eligible for more than one license in any three (3) month period. (1985 Code § 9-402)
