§ 51.70 LICENSING OF PRIVATE WASTEWATER HAULERS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person, engaged in the business of hauling wastewater, to discharge wastewater into the town wastewater treatment system without first having procured a license therefor and only then at locations designated by the town.
   (B)   The application for a private wastewater hauler’s license shall be submitted to the Town Wastewater Utility Office, and subject to the approval of the Chandler Director of Public Services, shall state number and kind of vehicles used, state license plate number of each and other identification as required by the Director.
   (C)   The annual fee for a private wastewater hauler’s license, January 1st through December 31st or any part thereof, shall be $50 per vehicle.
   (D)   It shall be required that certification of liability insurance in the minimum amount of $50,000 to $100,000, and $25,000 property damage, be filed with the Town Clerk-Treasurer prior to the issuance of the required license.
   (E)   It shall be required that the vehicles utilized by a private wastewater hauler shall be adequate to safely transport such wastewater and shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining thereto. Such vehicles shall be subject to public works and safety inspection, if required by the Director prior to the approval of the application for license.
