A golf cart operating on the streets of the town shall be equipped with 2 operating headlights (1 on each side of the front of the golf cart), tail lights (1 on each side of the rear of the golf cart) visible from a distance of 500 feet, brakes adequate to control the movement of and to stop and hold the golf cart; brake lights; a rear view mirror; and, slow moving vehicle placard shall be prominently displayed on the rear of the golf cart.
