§ 50.44 UTILITY CLERK DEPUTIES AND EMPLOYEES.
   The Town Council may hire and appoint employees and deputies to serve the Utility Clerk to assist the Utility Clerk in the performance of the Utility Clerk’s duties and responsibilities. The position(s) shall be established in accordance with the normal and customary procedure of the town, and the Town Council shall establish the necessary salaries of the employees and deputies of the Utility Clerk’s office.
