§ 50.40 MANAGEMENT OF TOWN UTILITIES.
   The Town Council confirms its position and management of the town water utility and the town sewer utility and does hereby confirm the management and control of the town water utility and the town sewer utility in the Town Council as the Board responsible therefor as the same has been the case since the creation of the utilities.
