§ 50.24 APPEAL OF NOTICE TO REMOVE OBSTRUCTIONS; CORRECT VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Upon giving of notice herein, an owner who desires to appeal the notice shall file a written appeal to the Department of Storm Water Management. The appeal shall be filed in person or by certified mail with the Department of Storm Water Management.
   (B)   The appeal must be received by the Department of Storm Water Management on or before the seventh calendar day after which the notice to remove obstructions or correct other violations is given, as herein above provided.
   (C)   Upon receipt of the notice of appeal, the Department of Storm Water Management shall immediately investigate the appeal, giving due notice to the owner to present the appeal to the Department of Storm Water Management and the Environmental Manager of the Department of Storm Water Management shall, forthwith, rule upon the appeal.
