§ 50.22 GENERAL INFORMATION.
   (A)   All action undertaken hereunder must be in compliance with drainage standards approved by the Department of Storm Water Management; assure proper drainage of the area in question; not present a public safety hazard to upstream or downstream property or public right-of-way; and be in compliance with all other provisions of the ordinances of the Town of Chandler and state law.
   (B)   The Department of Storm Water Management is authorized to place conditions on the approval of permits in order to facilitate drainage and promote public health, safety and welfare.
   (C)   The Department of Storm Water Management shall report on applications, permits, and other departmental activities in the public meetings of the Town Council.
