§ 50.21 PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING PERMIT.
   (A)   Any person who desires or is required to undertake any activity in compliance with this subchapter shall complete a written application with the Town of Chandler's Storm Water Management Department.
   (B)   The application shall describe in detail the action the applicant desires or is required to undertake and have attached thereto a drawing showing in detail the action to be undertaken.
   (C)   At the discretion of the Department of Storm Water Management, the applicant may be required to submit a drawing prepared by a professional engineer licensed as such by the State of Indiana. The licensed professional engineer shall, in writing, certify to the following: “I hereby certify that the actions proposed by the applicant are in complete compliance with the Town of Chandler's ordinance regulating drainage within the Town of Chandler: the Town of Chandler public works design standards; and the laws and ordinances of Warrick County and the State of Indiana”.
