§ 50.20 PERMITS AND FEES.
   (A)   Permit application fee. Each application for a permit as required by this subchapter shall be accompanied by a fee made payable to the Town of Chandler as provided below. No part of any permit application filing fee shall be returnable to the applicant.
   (B)   Pipe installation and permit. No culvert or drainage pipe installation shall occur, whether or not at the initiative of the property owner or by the requirement of the Department of Storm Water Management, unless a permit is issued. No required permit shall be issued without the review and approval of the Town of Chandler.
   (C)   Activities and permit. No person shall undertake any activity required by this subchapter except in strict compliance with the approved application and permit process of the Town of Chandler.
   (D)   Permit fees.
      (1)   Permit to install a new driveway culvert: $40;
      (2)   Permit to install drainage pipe across property: $100; and
      (3)   Replace old driveway culvert: no fee.
   (E)   Expiration and invalidity; 90 days. If the work described in a permit(s) issued under this subchapter has not been started within 90 days from the date of issuance, the permit(s) shall expire and be invalid.
   (F)   Expiration and invalidity; 180 days. If the work described in the permit(s) is not completed within 180 days from the date of issuance, the permit(s) shall expire and be invalid.
