The Town of Chandler's Utility Department may perform ditch clean out work in areas of significant drainage impediments. When performing ditch maintenance which requires the removal of a driveway culvert, the town's Utility Department will remove existing driveway culverts and install owner provided driveway culverts only and replace removed fill at no charge to the property owner. If the owner fails to timely provide the replacement culvert, the ditch will be left open. Replacement and/or new installation of drainage pipe across the width of the property shall be the responsibility of, and at the expense of the property owner.
