(A) The Town of Chandler, Indiana by the Chandler Water and Sewer Departments shall pay a $250 per month service charge to the town general fund to help offset these expenses. The amount shall be divided between the 2 Departments.
(B) The service charge shall be paid after the first Board of Trustees meeting of each month, beginning on the effective date of this section.
