§ 93.36 NAMING OR RENAMING STREETS.
   All streets presently named, or hereafter to be named or renamed, shall be so named or renamed in the manner that their names are easy to understand and so as to avoid duplication or conflict with other names. In the event of the naming of a new street or the renaming of an existing street, the names and records of the town shall be corrected and the town plat books and records in the offices of the Auditor, Recorder, Surveyor, or other public official of Warrick County, Indiana, shall be amended to reflect the naming or renaming.
