(A) The entrance/driveway permits shall be in 2 classes.
(1) Class I shall be any driveway or approach that serves commercial or industrial property.
(2) Class II shall be any driveway or approach that serves residential property.
(B) Each application for a permit hereunder shall be accompanied by a fee made payable to the Town of Chandler Plan Commission. No part of any filing fee shall be returnable to the applicant.
(1) Class I: $50;
(2) Class II: $10.
(C) No permit shall be issued without review and approval of the Town of Chandler.
(D) No application for permit will be accepted unless accompanied with a drawing of the layout of the driveway or approach. The drawing shall be to a proper scale. Applications and drawings shall be filed in triplicate with the Town of Chandler Area Plan Commission.
(E) No permit will be required in subdivisions with streets with rolled type curbs. In such cases the Town of Chandler Area Plan Commission shall cause to have affixed the statement "No Driveway Permits Required" to appear on the plat which has final approval.
