(A) No person, firm, or corporation shall construct any private entrance, driveway, or approach connecting with any street nor shall any curb along the street be cut or removed without a written permit from the Town of Chandler.
(B) Any lot of less than 200 feet in width shall be limited to 1 driveway entrance. Any lot of 200 to 300 feet in width shall be limited to 2 entrances.
(C) Any lot of 300 feet or more in width shall be limited to entrances as approved by the Plan Commission.
(D) For a corner lot bordering on 2 streets, whenever it is feasible, the driveway entrance location shall be located on the street carrying the least amount of traffic.
