§ 96.03 EXCEPTIONS.
    The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:
   (A)   The emission of sound for the purpose of alerting persons to the existence of an emergency or the emission of sound in the performance of emergency work, including sound emitted from sirens of authorized emergency vehicles;
   (B)   Burglar alarms on light motor vehicles of the electronic signaling type which transmit an audible signal to a receiver which can be carried by the owner or operator of the vehicle;
   (C)   Bells, chimes, or carillons, which may include electronic devices that imitate the sounds of bells, chimes, or carillons, while being used in conjunction with religious services;
   (D)   National Weather Service systems used to warn the community of weather events or public danger;
   (E)   Any aircraft operated in conformity with, or pursuant to, federal law, federal air regulations, and air traffic control and instructions and pursuant to and within the duly adopted federal air regulations;
   (F)   Emergency electricity generators in use during an emergency electrical grid outage;
   (G)   Lawn and garden equipment operated by the owner or occupant or on behalf of the owner or occupant of the property on which the equipment is being operated between dawn and dusk, except that such noise may not be emitted prior to 7:00 a.m. on Sunday;
   (H)   Construction work by the owner or occupant or on behalf of the owner or occupant of the property on which the equipment is being operated between dawn and dusk, except that such noise may not be emitted prior to 7:00 a.m. on Sunday;
   (I)   Duly-authorized parades and celebrations; and
   (J)   Any activity authorized by the Town Council, Board of Parks and Recreation, Police Chief, or other governmental board having jurisdiction and control over the property.
