§ 97.12 PROHIBITION OF RENTING TO TENANT.
   An owner or property agent who evicts a tenant under this chapter may not rent to or otherwise allow the evicted tenant to occupy a dwelling unit, residence, or residential rental building owned or operated by the owner or property agent within the town for 1 year from the date of eviction of the tenant.
