§ 97.08 FILING OF CRIMINAL CHARGES.

Charging an owner or property agent of real estate with a violation of this chapter shall be in addition to and not a substitution for any criminal charges or petitions for revocation of parole filed as a result of investigation by the Police Department against occupants or tenants.
