(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who smokes or uses smokeless tobacco products in a town-owned building in the non-smoking area after the aforementioned signs have been posted commits a violation, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined $10, together with the court costs as may attach thereto.
