(A) A copy of the “Code of Ordinances of the Town of Chandler, Indiana” shall be distributed by the Clerk-Treasurer of the town to the Warrick Circuit Court; the Warrick Superior Court No. 1; the Warrick Superior Court No. 2; and the Warrick County Clerk, without charge.
(B) A copy of each supplement or update of the “Code of Ordinances of the Town of Chandler, Indiana” shall be distributed by the Clerk-Treasurer of the town to the Warrick Circuit Court; the Warrick Superior Court No. 1; the Warrick Superior Court No. 2; and the Warrick County Clerk, without charge.
(C) A copy of the “Code of Ordinances of the Town of Chandler, Indiana” and the current supplement or update of the “Code of Ordinances of the Town of Chandler, Indiana” shall be maintained for public inspection by the Clerk-Treasurer of the town at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
(D) Copies of the “Code of Ordinances of the Town of Chandler, Indiana” may be purchased at a charge of $25 each. Copies of the current supplement or update of the “Code of Ordinances of the Town of Chandler, Indiana” may be purchased at a charge of $10 each.
