(A) Creation. There is hereby created the Town of Chandler Ordinance Violations Bureau under the authority of state law.
(B) Appointment of Violations Clerk. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby appointed the Violations Clerk of the Ordinance Violations Bureau.
(C) Duties of the Violations Clerk. The Violations Clerk shall accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations, and payment of civil penalties of not more than $100 in ordinance violation cases designated by the Town Council.
(D) Designation of ordinances subject to admission of violation before the Violations Clerk. All ordinances of the town wherein the penalty for the charged violation is established in a fixed amount of not more than $100 are subject to admission of violation before the Violations Clerk.
