§ 31.50 FULL-TIME OFFICERS; RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   All full-time police officers in the Chandler Police Department shall reside within the town limits.
   (B)   Those full-time officers that are employed by the Police Department that are not currently residing within the town limits shall, within 6 months of the adoption of this section, obtain residency within the town limits.
   (C)   Those persons who after the adoption of this section become full-time officers of the Police Department shall, within 6 months of their hiring, obtain residency within the town limits.
