(A) Council Members from Districts 2 and 4 shall be elected to a four-year term commencing at 12:00 p.m.. January 1, following the election of November 2022.
(B) At the municipal election held in November 2023 the Council Member elected from Districts 1 and 3 and the At-Large Council Member shall be elected for a term of one year beginning at 12:00 p.m. January 1 following the election. Thereafter. the Council Members for Districts 1 and 3 and the At-Large Council Member shall be elected to a four-year term at the municipal election held in November 2024.
(C) At the municipal election held in November 2023 the office of the Clerk-Treasurer shall be elected for a term of one year beginning at 12:00 p.m. January 1 following the election. Thereafter the Clerk-Treasurer shall be elected to a four-year term at the municipal election held in November 2024.
